The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this tenth of July, this year. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with attendance of homeowners in attendance.
Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and passed with some amendments.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve the quality of life for all residents while resolving current concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their feedback by August 15th.
- A community forum will be arranged on July 20th to examine the proposed amendments in more depth.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public spaces, and supporting a sense of ownership.
We're consistently working on numerous projects, including the revitalization of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly wonderful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Through collaboratively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's belongings, more info and foster a safer sense of community. Gatherings will be held periodically to share information.
